Please only send vegetarian/vegan recipes. I prefer recipes that are wheat-free when possible, but alternative grains such as spelt and kamut are okay, as well as recipes which I can substitute these grains when wheat flour is used. I don't have a very good spice tolerance, so please don't send me recipes that are extremely spicy. i prefer spice, not heat- I am a mild-to-medium gal :)

I don't own a microwave, so recipes which are made in one aren't really useful to me.

My favorites things to cook are soups, dips and casseroles. I am really looking to try some new things, especially some good protein-based dishes. I'd love suggestions or recipes for meals that keep well for leftovers, great for serving at dinner parties, or make for a good lunch to pack for work.

If you could send me recipes on a standard 5"x3" card I will be especially grateful, as it will fit into my little recipe box :)

I love organic foods, and have a seasonal vegetable garden. I would love to do some private swaps with people who share the same interests! :)
