Music is pretty much my favorite thing on earth. I am a huge country music fan, especially of female artists. Miranda Lambert is my favorite. I also love classical music, classic rock, indie pop, and folk.

Love, Nina and Man at the Helm by Nina Stibbe; Bridget Jones' Diary by Helen Fielding; The Country Life by Rachel Cusk (another hilarious British book); I'm With The Band by Pamela Des Barres (story of a groupie in the 70s, and it's a very LA book…I grew up there and miss it a bit); anything by Lorrie Moore (my favorite writer, hands down), Self Help & Like Life being my two favorites; anything by Elinor Lipman (funny, smart romances); the Iowa Marilynne Robinson books (Gilead, Home, Lila); Patti Smith's Just Kids and M Train.

Nashville (it's my favorite movie and my fave TV show); Orange is the New Black; 30 Rock; the IT Crowd (I love Moss!!); Dr. Who. My fave TV show EVER is China Beach, a drama about a nurse in the Viet Nam war, which was on in the 90s. I've watched a decent amount of anime with my stepson who is really into it.

Colors I love are pink in all its forms, ditto blue, and anything floral, especially mod oversized 60s florals. I adore any and all animals, especially CATS. I love anything having to do with music, as well as books and reading. I also love movies, and fashion, and anything at all that's vintage, especially old books and magazines. I love food and cooking (adore my slow cooker). Since I love to travel I also like travel-related stuff, like old maps. Favorite cites are London, Paris, and Amsterdam. I want to go to Japan and Hawaii but have never been...
