Wow, you raised a lot of kids! That must have taken a lot of patience!! I have one 2 year old boy and I think he'll be an only child. LOL

I'm glad that he liked the fishing stuff so much :) I forgot to mention on my fishing line set up that I put a bobber about 2-3 feet up from the swivel/barrel sinker. I find I get better strikes off of the catfish with my local ponds that way. Even over letting it sit on the bottom of the lake. The local ponds are not super deep though so I don't know if he'd get the same result. Definitely worth trying. Last night I also tried those light up bobbers from wal-mart and they're very cool and work well.

Were the instructions on how to use the crochet hook clear? I tried to make them clear but it's a unusual use for the tool. Lol

Hi Vicki! I'm one of your partners for Read my profile and leave a comment. It seems you have had a very busy life with a lot of kids! Mine have turned my mind to mush...have yours had the same effect? I used to be a big fan of Days too but stopped watching when they switched channels. Ha! I see you're rusty. I'm just creaky! Then again, maybe I have a bit of rust in there causing the creaks. I, too, read mysteries and love Grisham. Well, hope you have a DRY day today!

Hi, I'm Erin for the Read My Profile, Leave a Comment Swap. I love the Wizard of Oz too, though like someone else, the monkeys scared me when I was little. I live in Washington, DC, and we have the National Museum of American History - where the RUBY SLIPPERS are! They are so cool to see, I love them. I actually used them as part of a school project too. Good to get to know you, take care, Erin

Read my profile and write a comment Hi!! Nice profile. I was scared of the Wizard Of Oz growing up. I was afraid of the flying monkeys. I always wanted to go to Washington State.

I just saw The Wizard of Oz at a theater with my boyfriend last week =) I also have designed props for another version a couple of years ago. It is a great show..and that's a lot coming from a huge theater person, like myself ^^

I can identify with you..I would love to draw. I have so many ideas in my head, but I have no idea how to get them to come out how they look in my head on paper! So I just stick with being creative in writing poetry and theater. PS-- Kudos to you for raising so many children! I don't know how you'd stay sane at all!!

You must be astrong person to raise 3 of your own kids and so many steps. I don't know how you did it! :) I think it's great that you can write fiction. "The Wizard of Oz" is one of my favorite movies. Many memories of being a kid there! (I'm one of your partners for the Leave a Nice Comment! swap)
