Hiya! I'm lauren, I'm 19 and I like everything from art to writing to fashion to video games to history...pretty much anything and everything. I'm out of education and I'm about to start travelling on my own for the first time which is pretty exciting. I've also just started my own blog, which is what you'll be taken to is you click the 'my website' link.

*****SWAPS***** I would love to receive pretty much anything from a swap partner so maybe it'd be easier to say what I might not be into XD -I'm not particularly fond of dark chocolate. -nor do I particularly like herbal teas (although if you have one you think I MUST try cause its just THAT good then I open to trying it out ;D Other than that please feel free to send me anything you like! Note: I WILL NOT be including swearing or anything like that in letters I send for the sake of not offending anyone. however I'm 19 and have an open sense of humour so if you are writing me a letter feel free to use any kind of language (I mean swearing etc) that you feel comfortable with. (i'm not encouraging bad language I'm just saying!!)

I don't really have a set favorite music, currently I'm listening to a lot of southern gothic music but I listen to everything that catches my fancy. the only genre I've never been particularly into is heavy metal.

Harry potter. by far. just because I grew up reading it and it was the first book I ever read by myself. I also love lord of the rings, Shakespeares works, poetry, and a lot of non-fiction works. I am currently reading "writing Fantasy & science-fiction" and also the Artemis Fowl series. If i'm participating in a swap to do with books I will most likely enjoy anything to do with fantasy.

Again I love movies in almost any genre. I'm not really into heavy action films like james bond of die hard etc. but I love musicals and animated movies, anime (like studio ghibli and others) comedy (not so much chick flicks) thrillers, psychological thrillers etc.

I'm not a reality T.V kind of person, I prefer things like dr. who and Sherlock. I am currently watch the Jekyll & hyde series and Davinci's demons. I love anime shows like Death note, Soul eater and Fairytail.
