I like all sorts of crafts...mixed media, painting, scrap booking, crocheting, recycling materials into something new. I'm a pinterest junkie!

I like receiving all sorts of crafts. I have 2 daughters who craft gifts for me and they have very different styles. Just because it is not the way I would make it doesn't mean I won't really like it!

I like quick and easy because I like instant gratification :). I really would like to use all the scrap booking materials I have. So I am glad to find new paper crafts. I've recently bought a Cricut and I'm still trying to figure out how to use it.

In the meantime, I am very interested in and open to whatever my swap partners might like to send me. Please feel free to show me your style and your personality in any swap you send to me. Thank you!

I listen to whatever type of music - Pop, Country, Classic Rock, Coffeehouse, Contemporary Christian, etc.

I read mostly Christian fiction -- thrillers, comedy, drama (legal and medical)...not too much into Amish books, although I find their lifestyle and choices fascinating. I have way too many books as it is.

I have 2 daughters who are 19 and 21. I'm about to be an empty nester :(.

I work fulltime, I volunteer at my church and with a local ministry. Between kids, work and church, I stay really busy. Sometimes life makes crafts take a back seat.

I am new to all of this swapping and I have learned of things I never knew existed. I do not really have a strong sense of what I like or dislike and I'm willing to give anything a try. If you send me something I do not like, then I will know I don't like it.

I know that I like shabby chic (is it still called that?) Vintage I like the look of mixed media crafts Stamping ATC's Inspirational/Christian sayings/scripture Whimsy/cute -- such as things with polka dots, flowers, houses (like things I have marked on my pinterest boards) I love churches and sanctuaries and lighthouses My color palette is large. One room in my house is green and burgundy and another is gray, pink and blue. I lean more towards bright colors....but I like muted ones too. Of course, one daughter goes to Auburn, so you know I like Orange and Blue!

I do not like dark topics or items-and I am not referring to just colors. Nothing that someone might think of as glorifying spirits, ghosts, witches, skeletons, skulls, idols or gods. I don't do scary or wicked.

When it comes to holidays, I usually like mainstream, commercialized things. For instance, for Halloween, I think the little kid looking characters are adorable. I am open to other looks-that is what I know I like.

For Christmas, I, again, like the whimsy- I love snowmen, gingerbread men, SANTA (coca cola Santa, especially). A real bonus are Jesus/Santa items!

Easter-pretty much everything.

I work with different ministries and some of my purchased items will reflect that. I am supporting and raising awareness :)

Also, I like scraps of paper or pages from a pack of paper. :)
