My name is Chiara, and though I'm originally from Italy, I moved to London a few years ago.

I am a dreamer and day-dreamer. I live inside my own head far more than most adults do - and wouldn't change it even if I could. Reality is overrated anyway.

I'm a proud geek.

Tea is my drug of choice. Earl Grey, no milk, no sugar.

I have more tea cups than glasses and dishes combined.

I bookmark recipes daily, I try a new one every six months.

I stumbled upon Swap-Bot years ago, had to put my account on hiatus for a while for lack of time, and am now ready to come back.

Favorite Music

At the moment, I am m-m-madly in love with Muse. Also on my playlist: R.E.M., Foo Fighters, Ashes Divide, Linkin Park, early 30 Seconds To Mars, Coldplay, and Kings Of Leon

Favorite Books

"A Song Of Ice And Fire" by the evil genius George R.R. Martin is my favourite book saga. I also love books by Chuck Palahniuk, Michael Cunnigham and Alessandro Baricco.

I read mostly fantasy, historical fiction, novels, essays, philosophy/sociology books.

Things I love

Paper cranes. Alice in Wonderland. Tea & tea cups. Handwritten letters. Ocean/sea. Storms/rain. Marie Antoinette. Tim Burton. Halloween. Tea cups/tea pots. Geeky t-shirts.
