Paper bomb mystery solved, some of the original postage I put on fell off so it was returned to me postage due. Re-sending it directly! Guess this is what I get for using old stamps!
Yay! I'm super glad you like the Zetti bird. It's a strange style, not mine at all, but it was super fun to make. Fingers crossed your paper bomb tag shows up. Not sure why it hasn't since I mailed it a day earlier. Heh.
