I have a pretty short attention span while watching tv I am often on the computer, texting, cooking, or crafting all at the same time ;)

however, the shows I can be found watching Hell's Kitchen, Jersey Shore, the news, amazing race and the other 90% of the time my offspring have cartoons on

I wrote up a quirky little bio then relized I had deleted it -- oops!

I'm a wifey, momma, and crafter extraordinaire as my friends say.

I love to create with yarn, fabric, food, paper, stamps, ink, dirt, flowers, rocks... I also have fun with photography too! The next thing on my want to learn list is music. I am also owned by a congo African Grey parrot ~her name is Pearl. I'm always eagerly waiting for my next adventure!

I love a wide variety of music if I had to pick one style alone it would be folk music - I love listening to stories that are put into song. I enjoy listening to the fiddle, bodhrán and the most amazing singer Séan McCann :)

I own a fiddle, however I have yet to learn to play it :( maybe someday

I was lucky enough to meet Mr. McCann twice in the spring and he was incredibly kind :) update - make that 4 times now!

I don't take the time to read books much. I mostly don't have the attention to follow along. I am a daydreamer and will often gaze off into my own little world - I do enjoy writing tho' and have often thought of writing my own stuff - just not sure I'd have an audience for it ;)

that said, I do peruse magazines and I do read a LOT online :)

2 of my favorite movies are Dirty Dancing and Walk the Line I'm sure there are more but those are my top 2

I think I could safely say that I am an artist. I create many MANY things with my hands. Mostly self taught, however I am quite sure that it is in my genes.

the crafty things I do or have dabbled with ~crochet, knitting, sewing {by hand and machine}, embroidery, rug hooking, punch needle, jewellry making, cardmaking, scrapbooking, stamping, altered art... the list goes on ;)

So I thought at first to recieve something that was lovingly hand made would just be so AWESOME!!! that I didn't want to sound picky... but to make it easier on those who are sending to me... here's a list of my favs.

~colours: teal all shades, the combo of teal/brown/cream ~chocolate ... mmmm... ~tea ~scent is citrus - I LOVE scentsy ~recipes ~yarn ~fabrics ~rustic looking stuff ~handmade pretty much anything! ~rubber stamps ~birds and bird decor {not that I'm expecting to be sent a real bird!} ;) ~handmade stuff: crochet, knitted, felted, sewn... ~am I starting to repeat? I am pretty easy going :)

Ok, even the MOST thankful people have a few dislikes...
