UPDATE I lost my job last June and was in and out of the hospital.I finally had urgery two weeks ago. I would like to come back and try again.

Doll making, sewing, quilting (though not really good at it), polymer clay crocheting food, knit-loom, embroidery, punto in aria, encaustic dimensional painting, Japanese crafts and Japanese clothing, historic clothing, making bonnets, aprons, sewing ethnic clothing, ethnography, folkcrafts,I do some beading and jewelry making. I make, large foam and mechanical puppets, polymer dolls, cloth dolls, felt dolls, casted dolls. I remake dolls that are in museums from modern versions of the old fabrics and materials. folkways,cooking, gardening etc......

I love trying new foods. Even though some may not be Kosher, I would still try them( WITH A RABBIS HELP) because thats what a global world does to learn form one another. I adore Chinese food (vegetable styles no meat), snorkeling, Pilate's, day hiking on low-end trails, historic hikes, ghost hunting, Dynomite the game, State and regional Fairs; for which I am an avid enterer and writing.

So heres some oddstuff: My family is Orthodox Jewish, Chabad. If you would like to learn more about what that can mean please visit chabad.org. It's not stuffy, but funky. It makes up a big part of what and who we are. So It means wearing a baseball cap or pretty scarf, long skirts or pants with extra flowing tops(tznius) and basically not eating pork,(we have gone to mostly veggies and fish!) making sure we are home on Fridays to make the weekend extra special. We keep kosher, and have learned to make so much that is not available where we live. I love plants, especially in coffee cans and pots along the driveway and porch. Especially I like growing radishes(daikon),they are so easy and you can eat every part!I love all colored daisys, North carolina Wild roses(I am learning to make rosepetal beads!)gourds(I want to actually grow these and make stuff from them!),tulips, crocus,trees, I just love plants and seeds. I like making jam, and experimenting with my own ethnic foods, customs My favorite colors are pinks, mauves, blues and mixes of these.

I am plus size 16/18 but on some items wear 14/16(like exercise clothes) I spoil our 8 furry babies

We all love Fan Conventions. That is Fandom. So we will be at Conooga and Dragon Con. We dress-up in costume and have some great fun! conventions we might attend change every year depending on planting and opening days. I woudl love to teach at doll and crafts conventions, but I am never asked and often these are held on a Saturday, and that is not good for me, so I teach online and at teh local college and crafts centers during the week or Sunday. You can usually find me online when I am not working as a merchandiser.

yes I do these too...... I have a nintendo DS and I am in the middle of Garfield Nightmare and Cooking Mama. A game that made me a better cook! I prefer kids style games rather than elongated, though I have to admit I am getting interested in Zelda. PC games are a quick fav. I play Bingo online and Dynomitye. Often hanging out at Gamehouse, arcadetown or gamesville. I used ot visit yahoo, and play pyramids in leagues. Now I opt for plain old Granny in paradaise, Mummy, bejeweled etc.

I have an immense amount of patterns that I will copy and send out. Some of these are older patterns for the 1600s, 1700s etc. Bonnets, aprons, Hanbok etc. I am in the middle of compiling a list of patterns I can take to the printer and duplicate. I am looking for Poke bonnets, prairie bonnets, amish heart shaped bonnet especially,Regency bonnets, all ladies sizes. I am also looking for 1920s Aprons, 1930s Aprons, a complete dress from 1916, Copies of Folkwear Hungarian ZSzur, Tibetian Panel coat, Jewels of India, Afghani dress, Platypus brand doll patterns,Dinky Baby Pattern,

My hubby is 3 years younger than me and is a Farmer. He likes old style D&D, SCUBA Diving, playing on teh tractors, farming, Video Games like FF7, Resident Evil 4, WOW, Star Wars, Horror Movies,Warcraft, StarCraft. He was a Machinist, so he likes working with Bridgeports, Kingsburys etc. He has a 50 cal. muzzle loader that he loves. He is no longer a sportsman, except for SCUBA diving. He likes Dayhiking, walking, bowling.
