I'm from Minnesota, living on a diversified farm. My husband and I raise various garden crops, hay, and occasionally calves. We also do cabinetry work and other projects with our band sawmill and woodshop. I enjoy many arts and crafts, from oil portraiture (and landscape) to quilting, sewing for the grandkids, knitting and crocheting, and making a lot of fiber/fabric art and crafts (fabric post cards, atc's, bookmarks, art dolls, flat dolls, dotee dolls, pincushions, etc) I swap via the Yahoo! groups I am a member in. I enjoy making a variety of things and always look forward to learning something new. I love to garden, and cook a lot. I decorate wih what I receive from others, so there is a never-ending variety! I do enjoy anything nature based, Northwoods (bear, raccoons, wolves, moose, small woodland creatures), mountains, country-style, and ocean/seaside. I enjoy anything someone makes for me that has been made with thought and care, no matter the artist's skill level. I am Christian and welcome anything related, but don't believe on forcing this on others if it is not their wish. My only request would be please no foul language, no nudity, nothing evil-looking. Other than this I appreciate all efforts!

You might like to know: I am vegetarian- I use eggs and dairy products. I am diabetic. I don't wear jewelry- it is lovely, I just don't wear it. I am allergic to strong perfumes, aftershaves, and smoke.

Old Country/Western, old Gospel. Classical, Native American. I enjoy singers like Chris L'Doux, Marty Robbins, Johnny Cash, etc. Would love mix cd's with any of this.

Bible, Shepherd of the Hills, any good Christian book, how-to book or magazine(DIY, woodworking-projects, love Yard & Garden Magazine, art/craft magazine,) short story fiction, etc.

1970's. I don't mind green or brown or orange or mustard yellow, just not together! Got my fill of it already.
