I remember enjoying Rich Mullins in my teens and 20's, I even went to see him in concert once or twice before his tragic death. I think the main thing I loved to see him play was the hammered dulcimer, he was amazing. I also LOVE Chai tea, it's my favorite of all drinks, and a close second is sweet tea being from the south and all. I also wish Firefly hadn't been cancelled, I own the dvd series and movie but I want more! Hope to see you around in another swap sometime, take care!

one cup vanilla soy milk, 2 bananas, a cup of frozen mango pieces, a third cup protein powder, a teaspoon of vanilla, szzshhooosh, fill rest way with ice cubes, szzshooosh again, pour in glass and drink! When I had my wisdom teeth cut out this is what I lived off of. I switched it up a bit with the fruit, and once in a while I added vanilla ice cream. :)
