I wanted to give my Opinion about hearts. Getting and Giving hearts are subjective and don't work very well if a swappers does something extra just to get a heart. Some swaps are very difficult to heart. For example, a postcard no matter how cute or witty is simply fulfulling the swap. Much easier to send extra when the swap involves sending items in envelopes. I send extra because I like to surprise my partner. If she gives a heart, that's great, but it is not my REASON for sending the extras. This isn't a rule, but a way of thinking and not being disappointed when people do not give hearts. I hope this helps in some way.
