Talking about me...hmmmm...well, I have recently moved from Alaska to Southern California and I do not miss the snow, ice and darkness! I do miss my family and friends and of course the long summer days and all that goes with it! I am an avid crafter/sewer and have been a vendor at a variety of fairs and farmers markets for the past ten years. I change my venue often also! My basic thrust is making childrens clothing out of new and vintage fabrics so my wish list always includes notions such as lace, buttons, etc. I also make aprons out of used jeans and this has been a hot seller up in Alaska. If you want to see a picture so you can do this also...let me know! I am also on the lookout for patterns...the simplier the better! I am now retired and loving it! I am single (divorced) and unfortunately loving that too! LOL I am an active upbeat 71 year old grannie and even great-grannie! I love my life and I love life in general! I have three daughters and sons in law all of them awesome and I have 6 grandkids who I adore. My life is full and I thank God every day for my blessings! This looks like it is going to be fun! Ohhh favorite music is of course the Golden Oldies! Favorite books? I am an avid reader and I enjoy historical novels and mystery. I love TV but have to keep busy while watching so I crochet or knit. My favorite new ones are Modern Family (so like mine!), the Good Wife, NCIS, The Middle and the 8th season of 24! Oh gosh...thats enough of me!

I am a sewer first of all...so I would love to get: vintage material (small pieces okay) aprons (I make them so I swap them easily!) any kind of notions such as buttons, lace, trim, ruffles, etc dishtowels (I make these too!) handmade jewelry childrens patterns (can be your own not store bought...simple please! patterns other than clothing (aprons?) instructions for pin making out of fabric greeting cards (stamped a favorite!) unusual glass beads, beading thread, hairbands, anything you have made (I treasure something you have taken the time to make just for me!), slow cooker recipies, sample lipsticks, sample perfumes, I love smelly stuff!, chocolate in any shape or form, jelly beans...the big sugary cheap ones, hotel soaps, lotions, shampoo etc ( I make up a basket for my guest bathroom),
