I think I'm pretty boring but here it is... First I am a Christian and a mother of 3 wonderful children, 2 girls and a boy. I homeschool them so I get to see them learn. Which is my favorite part of homeschooling.Because of my husband's job we move quite a bit and have lived in many states. I, also, have traveled to a lot of different countries.

I still have many more countries that I would like to visit. We have 2 dogs and a cat. I love animals and have always had a dog in my life. I have taken dog training courses and gone to school for dog grooming. I would have an houseful of different animals if we had room for them. Except for snakes and spiders. Those aren't the pets for me. As long as they stay away from me I'm okay.

Right now I really enjoy crocheting. I am making my first stuff animal, a hippo. It is going well. I like to try new patterns to challenge myself. In the past I have done cake decorating, photography, jewelry making, taken pottery classes and love to paint, even though I don't think I'm very good. I still enjoy doing all those things. I have also started postcarding and I'm having fun. I love picking out cards for people and I try to send them something they will enjoy. I, also, like puzzles and baking.

One of my favorite things to do is read. I prefer fictions with happy endings. I have read all Jane Austen books. Which is one of my favorite authors. I like Jane Eyre and North & South. Authors I like..

As a child I read a lot of fairytales and still enjoy reading them.

I like 30s, 40s, 50s movies and movie stars. Even as a teenager I enjoyed watching classic movies. Katherine Hepburn, Maureen O'Hara, Veronica Lake, Clark Gable, Jimmy Stewart, William Powell. I love The Thin Man Movies. I like musicals like Mama Mia, Phantom of the Opera (read the book as well), Hairspray, The Producers, 7 Brides for 7 Brothers, Into the Woods. I like Love Actually, The Princess Bride and 80s movies like the Goonies. I do not like any horror or scary movies.

Don't watch a lot of television but I like Sherlock Holmes (BBC), Doctor Who, Call the Midwife, Nero Wolf, Midsomer Murders, Vera, Murdoch Mysteries. Househunters, Chopped.

I like purples and blues but for some reason, since I have had the girls I have been dressing in more pink.

My son likes...

Collect Rocks, Baby Dolls, Mermaids, Princesses, Anything Pink, Fairies.
