Hi my name is Mary Patricia I live in Ireland with my son,partner,2 cats and a dog. I work from home as a dressmaker and thankfully I have loads of loyal customers.I love love art dolls I make them in fabric and I also sculpt in paper and polymer clay.I do various other crafts I make loads of things from fabric, door stops,bags,birds,purses glasses cases etc.When I have enough stock built up I sell at craft fairs.I buy huge amounts of fabric,especially silks,linens,wools,cotton,and I collect broken jewellery for my dolls.

TV;I am not a huge fan of tv but like x factor and all of TIM BURTON films.To get ideas for costumes for my dolls I watch operas and ballets,and old films. MUSIC
Favourites are ;Patt iSmith, Shakespeares Sister , Leonard Cohen,Tom Waites and millions more!! BOOKS My favourite book is Bonfire of the Vanities and some history books.Dean koontz,Cormac mc carthy.

I spend far too much time on my laptop,mostly buying supplies for my arts and crafts.I really envy all of you living in the US,ye have everthing!!,and its costing me a small fortune ordering from there,who cares its worth it. I love well made hand crafts,and always try to support fellow crafters and artists.I loathe mass produced stuff and avoid at all costs,

Favourite colours. greens,purple, burnt orange,lime,pinks most colours actually except for beiges and browns they can be boring. THINGS I LOVE natural fibres, beads, buttons,broken jewellery nice papers,arty cards,embroidery threads, lace wool,old tins,pencils bookmarks.Other peoples art. THINGS I dislike plastic [except in nice buttons!!] stickers,anything"hellokitty" or cute!
