I have been a scrapbooker for about twenty years now. Started when I was nine with only a three ring binder and some designer paper that used to be twenty five cents a sheet. There was one aisle of scrapbook supplies mixed with several other things at my local store. Things sure have came a long way since then and I just love spending hours in my craft stores looking at all of the new products and seeing different things. I also stalk youtube for new tutorials and DIY projects. Whenever I see something I like I try to think if I can replicate it first. This usually leads to me buying something I just have to have for this project and one thing leads to another and I am buried alive with craft supplies. A crafter can never have enough though lol.

While I am a scrapbooker through and through I have dabbled in all sorts of crafts. My newest obsession is making my own embellishments (even though I have a whole bunch of store bought ones ha ha) it is so nice to look at a sheet of tiny embellishments and think of the possibilities.

When I am not crafting I also have an addiction to the Vampire Diaries (books and the TV show) But finding time for either when I have three small kids is a whole new matter. My two daughters are getting to the point where they are really interested in doing what I am doing so I have to try to work on smaller projects that they can help with or get them set up with their own project so I can do mine.

I like a little bit of everything so it would be hard to narrow down. I have a great appreciation for 80's rock (thank you father for the education) I love listening to the 90's music and remembering my childhood and I like some top 40 as long as it isn't on repeat. I also can take some country as long as it is a fast song usually. Narrowing down my favorite bands/artists would be really hard but a few in no order would be AC/DC, Poison, Warrant, CCR, Pitbull, Rihanna (especially love S&M) 3 Doors down, Saving Abel, Aerosmith, Barenaked Ladies, Blind Melon, Blues Traveler, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Snoop Dogg, Buck Cherry, Rascal Flatts, and Collective Soul. There are many many more so favorites isn't an option I have an extensive music collection and like to listen to it when I am crafting or crocheting.

I am an avid reader and my personal library spans over five thousand books. Of course I don't have room for them all on my shelves so I have a ton in storage. I have read almost all of them and the ones I haven't are in the to be read pile in my room, which grows everytime there is a sale at the bookstore. I love Laurell K Hamilton although she is getting a little racy even for me.Mostly I like books that come in a series because then the story doesn't have to end. Way too many to list here but I like the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan the Clan of the Cave Bear series by Jean Auel, the House of Night Series by PC Cast anything by Tamora Pierce her quartets are amazing. I love vampire novels, fantasy, supernatural, love stories but not specifically romance, ancient civilization stories, Historical Fiction and a lot more.

Favorite Crafts is a huge thing for me haha, I love scrapbooking and paper crafting in general. I have tried to get into making cards many times and when I really need one I like to have it on hand. I think a homemade card sends more than just "I was at the store and felt obligated" but it is hard for me to sit down and make them in bulk I usually have a card in mind that I want to make. I am currently a project lifer and do most of my memory keeping in that format, although I do still dabble in full size 12 by 12 layouts. I like to make my own craft supplies as well such as glimmer mists, glue dots, enamel dots etc. Anything to save some money on the expensive hobbies I have picked for myself. I also love to crochet and usually make a blanket for each new member of the family.

I love glitter! Especially silvery glitter!!

The colors pink and purple although really any color is nice except Olive green. It makes me sad.

I'm really getting into teal lately.

I love silver foiled things...paper, washi tape etc.

Anything to do with scrapbooking especially really skinny washi tape lately and wood veneers

I do not like:

Olive green color :( it makes me sad

I'm not a big fan of floral things or shabby chic

My daughter is 10 as of writing this, she loves school, unicorns, glitter, lip balm, horses, fairies, nail polish, nail stickers, glitter pens, blue and pink are her fave colors.She is a girly girl. She is a very crafty kid. She likes the movie Frozen still. She loves LOL dolls, and she loves barbies.

She does not like- cold weather but she loves Christmas, she doesn't like stickers that much. She doesn't like dark colors too much.

Xoe is 11 right now. She is in football but that is really the only boyish thing she dies, . She loves having fake nails and painting her nails. She loves glitter and pink. She loves the poop emoji and anything with that on it. She likes to journal, she uses a planner loves stickers and things she can decorate them with. She loves loves funny pens and pen sets with colors.

She doesn't like spiders.

Ethan is 10 right now. He and Lily are twins! He loves video games especially Minecraft. He likes temporary tattoos, Spider-Man, Batman, superman etc. He is in a wheelchair so nothing that requires use of your legs. He loves skateboard stickers.
