Hi! I am excited to begin swapping! I live in the hot desert! The most important thing in my life is my family. I am married to my wonderful best friend and we have 5 children. Our oldest served a church mission in Argentina. Now we have our oldest 2 away at college. They both attend BYU in Utah. We have 4 boys and 1 girl. We are very involved in our church. I love Jesus Christ and Christmas is my favorite time of year. I serve as the secretary in our congregation's women's organization. Another favorite of mine is girls camp. I went as a teenager and continue as an adult leader. I collect nativity sets of all kinds and especially enjoy making them. I enjoy feeding my family and finding great new recipes. I work out 6 days a week for my mental sanity. Working out is social for me and I enjoy visiting with friends as I exercise. I am a morning person and therefore can't stay awake late into the evening. I am a beginner gardener. I love reading, sewing, crafting, hiking, baking and cooking. Most of all, I just love being with my family. I do not like to be alone. I was raised in a family with 4 sisters and 1 brother so I'm used to being surrounded by loved ones. I love the sun and being warm. I detest cold weather and have a hard time warming up. We do not have any pets, but we do enjoy visiting an extended family farm and ranch on occasion.

I love novels, Christian romance, and young adult fiction. I do not enjoy self help books.

I love most of the good ole classic movies: Mary Poppins, Sound of Music, Parent Trap, Pollyanna, pretty much any musical. I also love Hallmark movies. I'm a succor for a good (clean) romance story.

I don't watch a lot of television, but on occasion I enjoy shows like Good Witch or When Calls the Heart.

I enjoy sewing. I have made lots of aprons, crafts, some clothing and some quilts. I also like to make t-shirts with heat transfer vinyl. Crafting is fun and I like to do different things on occasion. I like homemade nativity sets. Each year, my best friend and I make sure to get together and craft a new nativity.

I am married and we have 5 children. 4 boys and 1 girl. I am a stay at home mom. I love family time. I also love social time.

I enjoy working out with friends (more social works for me). I love to find yummy new recipes. I enjoy reading. I also am beginning to enjoy a small garden.

I love food. I do not drink coffee or tea. I love healthy food. I love junk food, too, but try to choose wisely most of the time. I do like to bake. I do not eat sugar, but my family does.

Nativities, recipes, kitchen gadgets, crafting, sewing, organizing, reading, hiking, walking, clothes, sisters, kids, sleeping, baking, cooking, Christmas, anything that warms me up. Healthy recipes. Dessert recipes that do not have sugar in them.

Sometimes I like the quiet, but when I do listen to music I choose 80's soft rock (think Air Supply, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Peter Cetera). Or I also love LDS or Christian music (think Gentri, Josh Groban, Piano Guys, Hillary Weeks, Tabernacle Choir, EFY music).
