Hey guys! My name is Jatana! I am 23 and looking for new pen pals! I love snail mail. I tend to find snail mail to be more personal and shows one's creative side :). Some of my interests are:

Art: my favorite modern artist is Gray Eldritch. I really like creating artwork too! Not just crafting wise, but I honestly enjoy painting/drawing commission work and things that I would hang around my house. I've done gallery artwork before and have medaled in a few competitions.

Music: I love all different kinds of music. First and foremost, I listen to music for the lyrical content and messages behind the song. Since I'm working on becoming an American Sign Language Interpreter, I love dissecting songs and looking through the symbolism and trying to figure out the artists message. Secondly, I listen to a lot of heavier/alternative music. If you are further interested in my tastes and specifics, feel free to directly message me and maybe we can have a great conversation about music and become friends! I go to and have gone to many concerts as well!

Linguistics: this is just something I find interesting. I like looking at patterns of most languages and seeing which methods would be easiest to learn a new language. Currently, I only speak English and American Sign Language, but I am interested in learning the Nordic Languages, because I plan to move overseas in the future.

American Sign Language: I've been interested in this my entire life. I started signing by the age of 2, but didn't really get into it until middle school. The language is beautiful, it's 3D and it's a non verbal language. I find any sign Language super interesting.

Goth culture: would I consider myself a goth? Most definitely. I actually follow a goth podcast called Cemetery Confessions and it gives a lot of insight into the subculture. I can not yet afford the clothes and make up that I would like to have that helps me better look like part of the subculture, but in reality, it's all about mindset.

Learning: I love learning new things! It honestly does not matter the subject. Anything new I can learn, or further delve into, is interesting to me. I'm always trying to expand my horizons and without education, it would be impossible.

Reading: I've read many book series! I love fiction books! My favorite stand alone is called Secret Sacrament, but my favorite series is called Need. I'm always wanting book recommendations!

Tumbling/Cheerleading/ Dancing: I cheered and danced for 12 years.

Witchcraft: I don't know much about it yet, but it interests me. I'm studying the concepts behind it currently.
