Re: grinding wheat. Yep, been there, done that. I do have a good recipe. I'll find it and PM it to you. It helps if you have a very heavy-duty mixer, since whole-wheat dough tends to be a little firm. Make sure you add gluten to the bread dough or you'll be eating bricks. :)
