I love interesting facts or amazing stories. Here is a short one I heard yesterday:

A Chinese boy came from a village to the city and heard the clarinet for the first time. He fell in love with the instrument and started to learn it. He became very good and eventually earned a place in an orchestra where he played for some years.

One day, a German clarinetist came to his orchestra and played for 2 weeks with them. The boy couldn't really understand how the clarinetist did it, but it was the first time he could feel, that music had a soul. Everyone in his orchestra played their instruments perfectly. At least when it came to technic.

The boy decided to leave the orchestra and spent all this money on a ticket to Germany to find the clarinetist. He learned just one sentence in German which he asked the clarinetist at the footstep of his door which was:

"Wollen Sie mein Meister sein?", which means "Do you want to be my master" in English.

And the clarinetist agreed.
