About Me

I am a very young Mother of 3, Grandmother of 9 and Great Grandmother of 5 and caretaker of 4 Shar Pei's. I have been married to my one and only love for 46 years. I am looking to retire in the next few years and spend my "twilight" years on the Coast of Oregon.

Favorite Music

I like all kinds but listen mostly to Country Western. No opera or "long haired" music.

Favorite Books

I am not a reader unless it is about dolls and their history. Love pattern books for doll cloths. Anything written about the doll Bleuette.

Favorite Movies

Dirty Dancing. I have watched it everytime it comes on TV.

Favorite Television

I am as bad as my daughter, reality junkie..... Survivor (have never missed an episode since they started) Big Brother, Project Runway, Top Design, Top Chef, and the list goes on.

Favorite Crafts

I LOVE to make dolls and their clothing. I sew, knit, crochet, and craft, but my passion is dolls. Porcelain and cloth. At any given time you will find me in my sewing room or in a chair watching TV with a needle and thread.

Likes

I am easy to please. I like black and white with a splash of color. Anything related to dolls, teddy bears, fabric fat quarters with very small print (I sew for 101/2" dolls), it is amazing what one can do with a fat quarter. Other things I like are: Vintage lace and Fabrics Handcrafted items with thought put into them Nice hand lotions Cotton fabric with small prints Embellishments, charms, bobbles Sewing Notions Nice cotton FQs

Dislikes

Phony people Religious stuff Cheap-looking, chotchky items (dollar store toss outs)or things that serve no purpose Used/dirty items
