About Me
Hi! I'm Selina. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, Ben. I'm the proud mommy of a 5 yr old boy and a 3 yr old girl. We have 1 dog, 1 cat, and a saltwater fishtank with various fishies
I love to read books, play board games & card games, and binge watch entire TV series on Netflix. ;) I joined the site to give me something fun to do in my spare time (Spare time? What's that?!).

Stuff I'd rather not get:
"dark" things - emo, satanic, gothic, skulls, demons, etc.
Religious items - angels, etc. (unless I am in a specific religious swap)

super cheap things (Dollar store items are OK - but not junk from the dollar store. Make sense?)
keychains
mints, other than orange Tic Tacs
strong mint flavored gum
Knick knacks. They just collect dust, which I hate.

Favorite Music
I love all types of music. Really... anything! The style of music I usually listen to is contemporary Christian, and top 40 stuff.
Favorite Books
My favorite authors are Dean Koontz (mysteries/supsense) & Francine Rivers (Christian fiction & Christian romantic fiction).
I also LOOOVE good children's books. I like wordless books, picture books, and chapter books.
My favorite picture books are ones that have a good message or moral to the story. Not just a bunch of randomness that doesn't mean anything....does that even make sense? lol
My favorite chapter book series are Nancy Drew mysteries, the Boxcar Children, and Narnia.
Favorite Crafts
I Enjoy:
Drawing, coloring, Zentangles, and photography.
I also am starting to get into sewing. I took a beginner class at a local sewing shop, and have since made a few small things.
When I was really getting into zentangling, I did the whiteboard in my office when I needed a creative break... here's the first one I did!
And the next one I did...
I Don't:
Scrapbook, paint, or knit. I also don't currently do any ATC's (other than Zentangles).
Please do not send anything related to crafts involving these items, as I will not have any need for them. If you feel the need to send something extra, pens and coloring utensils are always welcomed. :) Thanks so much!

Selina, LOCHLAN IS ADORABLE! (Had to get that out of the way) I enjoyed reading your profile. It's so detailed and I get a good sense of what you'd like. Congrats on getting your teaching degree! Haha, yeah... I can't wait until I'm completely done with school. I'm happy to be done for now though, I'll be taking some time off until after the baby's born. I would've taken classes this spring, but my due date's the same as finals! Lol. :)
I am due May 19th, and we find out if it's a boy or a girl next week (29th)! I'm pretty stoked about finding out, even though I didn't want to at first. I have some strong feelings it'll be a girl, but I guess we'll see! Did you find out what you were having?
I definitely cannot wait until the holidays next year, I will be so excited for the baby's first... everything. :) I'll probably just sit and cry happy tears while taking pictures of everything. There are some cute ornaments where you make a print of their hand or foot that I want!
