I grew up in Charlotte, NC but moved to Asheboro, NC after I married my husband. We recently celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary. We met when we in our freshmen year of college and have been together ever since. In 2008 we welcomed our first son, Timothy. He is our nature lover and enjoys being outdoors with my husband. In 2009 we welcomed our second son, Joshua. They are 12 months and 1 day apart in age. Josh loves to snuggle and tells jokes like no body else. Being a mom is the best thing about me. My family and I live in Seagrove now which is about five minutes from Asheboro. We have 81 acres that we live on with our 3 horses, two dogs, one rabbit, two cows, and several chickens. I love living in the country with being so close to the NC zoo and so many potteries in Seagrove.

I have to say the Frank Sinatra is my all time favorite but I do enjoy several artists from toady as well. Katy Perry, Matchbox twenty, Train, Maroon 5, Adele, Pharell. My heart does belong to Sinatra and the musicals from the 30s, 40s, and 50s. Im an old soul at 30 years of age.

My all time favorite movie is On the Time. It has some of the all time greats Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra and Anne Miller. The plot is a little silly : three sailors on leave meet three girls. The music in this film is spot on including Ann Miller's " Modern Man." Other films that I have enjoyed include Frozen, The Lion King, The Maltese Falcon, The Thin Man series, The Black Stallion, and the Harry Potter movies.

My heart has belonged to horses for 24 years now. I have always been able to take riding lessons but it was not until 2 years ago that I got my first horse. She is a 20 year old American Saddlebred that I rescued from the local animal shelter. She has taught me a lot about being a stronger rider and horse owner. This year we are debuting in dressage and so far we are off to a great start.
