Allright, I'm back and ready to kick off this year's Halloween season!

My name is Joyce and I live in New York City with my DH and where I work at a paper and craft store.

I run a fun group here on Swap-bot -

Halloween Everyday in the USA - for all lovers of all things Halloween! We will host mostly type 2 and three 3 swaps! Come visit, say hi, maybe stay awhile and swap with us!

I've completed several of the art journals I was working on. Future projects will include a new Halloween steampunk art journal and a Tea themed book as well

Any items sent that would work with these themes would be super appreciated and would certainly earn you hearts!

Fall is my favorite season. I love the smell of cold air, the crunch of leaves under foot, and of course, Halloween, my favorite holiday

I believe a cup of tea will cure almost any bad mood. So will a good phone conversation with your best friend, sibling, or mom or dad.

I love collage and am getting back into paper arts.

My favorite holiday is Halloween, and I plan, prepare and craft all year round for it.

I prefer gothic, vintage and steampunk Halloween themes.

I adore anything Jack Skeleton from Nightmare Before Christmas.

I also have a weakness for Halloween plush toys!

I especially love Bats, Vampires (Anne Rice, not Twilight) Vintage themes, classic monsters. And please, please, NO fun foam shapes.

A quick side note - I am not a big fan of ugly witch images. I also love skulls, but not sugar skulls.

• Movies: in no particular order - I am a huge Sci-Fi/Fantasy Geek so I love all Star Trek / Star Wars movies, as well as Princess Bride, The Holy Grail, Spaceballs, Nightmare before Christmas, Gross Pointe Blank, Serendipity, Brave. I am also a huge fan of Rocky Horror Picture Show!!!

Ah, well I certainly can't pick a favorite book but here are some of the writers I love Anne Rice, C.S. Lewis, Lewis Carroll, Richard Adams. I love Science Fiction and Fantasy. One of my favorite books is Watership Down by Richard Adams - I read it when I was 12 and then started collecting rabbits - I have over 100 now.

I love all kinds of paper crafts, but I don't scrapbook. I've started making art and junk journals to use up alll the great ephemera I own. I also love creating ATC's. I love making jewelry and working with all kinds of ribbons as well.

I love all kinds of music, but since I am a child of the 80's, my favorite is new wave, industrial, punk and goth The Cure, Depeche Mode, Duran Duran. Loved them then and love them still Also love Irish music, Classical and Jazz

I love all kinds of tea, but prefer mostly flavored black teas, with my favorite being Earl Grey. I also enjoy Chai teas and other spiced flavors. For herbal, I enjoy jasmine and chamomile.

The Hubby enjoys flavored green teas.

If I have any dislike, they would be anything Lipton brand (yuck) fruit zinger (too tangy), or decaf (why?)

I always pass on things that I don't use, so if the swap is not profile specific and you send me something on this list, don't worry, I never throw anything away.
