I love 80's music - I think that the music from our teen years is the music that sticks with us for the rest of our lives!

I also like older music like the Beatles, Beach Boys, BeeGees (and those are just the "B" groups!).

Anything soft rock or pop is great.

I really enjoy romance novels, though not particularly Harlequin romance. I really enjoy all of the Nicholas Sparks novels and I also liked the Twilight Series.

Comedies and romances with a good dose of action thrillers thrown in!

I like to go to the movies to watch escapism. I am not overly interested in watching award-winning films just because they have been nominated. I really like silly comedy that really makes me laugh, chick-flicks like Nicholas Sparks movies, rom-coms, and then movies like the Bourne Series, the Tom Clancy series, and ones like 2012.

I am not particularly keen on sci-fi and definitely don't enjoy martial arts or fighting movies.

Seriously into scrapbooking!

I have albums for my family and for our family holidays. I do traditional scrapbooking. I love Creative Memories tools but don't generally use their albums, preferring three ring or three post format. I use both the original Cricut and the Cricut Expression and embellish with brads, ribbons, buttons, and more.

I have two children, both tween-aged boys. I am currently a stay-at-home mother and am very involved in their schools and the community. I volunteer with the schools, the local food bank, and the local figure skating club. Last year, I joined an adult's cheerleading team and we have a total ball when we are "playing"!

As far as food goes, we are about the furthest thing from picky eaters. We have no food allergies and enjoy foods from around the world, including spicy indian, thai, and chinese food, greek, italian, french, you name it!

I love colour, particularly reds and pinks (I am particularly keen on pink with brown right now) although I am not really into oranges.

As a stay-at-home mum, I tend to be very casual, wearing jeans or yoga pants most of the time. My shoe of choice is definitely a running shoe and I like a hoodie or fleece when I am going outside. I usually carry a slingbag as my purse since it is very practical - hands-free is great! You can tell from my choices here that I am all about comfort and convenience.
