I live in Northern Ontario with my wonderful and patient husband and laid back Dandie Dinmont Terrier Molly. Our daughter Sarah was born at home in Feb 2012.
I am a fierce breast cancer survivor (Diagnosed January 2015.)
I work for myself from home specializing in FileMaker Pro development. I've been lucky to work with clients from around the world.
Now that Sarah is 7 we are busy most days with some activity (dance, synchro swim, church). or school work. I help with the Godly Play program at our church.
At the moment, I am working on a cross stitch for Christmas and de-cluttering my home.

Emily! Your sister's wedding sounds like it was a blast! My husband and I are WWII reenactors and we've attended quite a few events all dressed for in our WWII finest --- though we have yet to be at a WWII themed wedding! HOW COOL! ~Gabi
Hi! I hope You're doing great! I once participated in one of your "short poem on a PC" swaps, it was lovely, but I missed the later ones, because I felt embarrassed to send hand-made PCs each time ... now I finally have some real PCs :) Please drop me a line when You host the next one! Best Wishes, Shreela.
Thanks so much for the fabric scrap envie!!!
thanks for the lovely letter--I'll write back soon. :) Octavia loved the stickers!
I was looking over your profile getting ready to send the poem postcard swap and read your daughter was recently born at home. Congratulations!! My daughter was also born at home, she is 13 now. ;-)
I'm doing the happy dance over the little birdie fabric you sent for the Quilts n Things WTA #10, what a great memory you have:) I can't wait to make something with this generous piece. The tea and buttons were so thoughtful...thank you for everything! (((hugs)))
