..I went to the profile of the swapper below, "watchmespinning", and it appears that she sent your swap out to you VERY VERY late, so I can certainly see why you would rate a 3.
..don't worry about her comment, it looks like she is on a fast track to being suspended, she has several ratings of 1 at this point....
