I am a business owner, Mommy of a two and a half year old and a fiber junkie...I do surface embroidery, Needlepoint, felting, cross stitch and other thready stuff for fun and as part of my business.

I have a hubby, one kid, three cats and a dog, named Ralph.

I like: Chocolate, either Dark or Milk with nuts, cookies, both or plain...Sorry, there is no such thing as "white" chocolate. It doesn't exist in my universe;

Coffee, Tea and Devonshire cream with scones ;

Jewel toned colors - Emerald, Sapphire, Ruby, Garnet, Gold and Silver; Things retro; Things hand made; Things comical; Things a touch naughty, but never vulgar; Things for the munchkin; Pretty Things; Flowery things; Soft things; Silly things; useful things;

I dislike:

licorice or any gummy type of candy; Pastels - bad dye job or way too washed out;-D ; Organ meats that I can tell what they are:-P; Mean Things; Hurtful things;

Here is a little more info on my likes:

My favorite crafts are Historic Costuming, Goldwork embroidery, Needlepoint and pretty much that uses a sharp needle...I do not knit, crochet or quilt.

I tend towards the ecclectic with my music. On my I-phone, you will find classical, rock, jazz, Broadway, pop, country, and kids songs... If it is the best of its genre, I probably have it.

Currently, I am into the vampire/Fairy Fantasy Alternative reality Romances. Laurell K Hamilton, Charlaine Harris, and Katie Mc Allister are my current authors of Choice. Otherwise, I sit around reading books on historic needlework and clothing.

Disney/PIXAR are my current favs...OK, they are what I get to see with a 2 year old... Oh, did get to see the new Star Trek...Loved it.

Weekly cry-a-thons like Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice. I, also, like Ugly Betty, Project Runway, Top Chef, Alton Brown's Good Eats, Ace of Cakes and Dancing with the Stars. I will miss Boston Legal and Pushing up Daisies...Those dirty dogs at ABC have a lot to answer for...
