Hiyaaaa my names Joey & my partners name is Steve & we enjoy doing swapbot together. We are a fun loving couple from Essex, UK who enjoy the free things in life that make us smile.

We Love filling our home with inspirational quotes such as 'live laugh love' 'always kiss me goodnight' 'Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass...it is about learning to dance in the rain' 'everything happens for a reason' to name but a few. we would love to hear any inspirational, loving, happy quotes or sayings that you've heard, live by or have in your home.

My mum recently gave me a sign that says 'if you havent grown up by the time you reach 30 you don't have to' haha perfect, because Steve & I are still young at heart.

We love nothing more than receiving happy mail in the morning, anything uplifting & positive to put a smile on our faces, we love hearing about where you are from, what you do, family life, hobbies etc, it's lovely to connect with people so far away and read a snippet about their lives.

ANYTHING......and i mean that! Anything that isnt a bill really excites us. Cant beat a bit of happy mail in the morning, especially the type that arrives in pretty envelopes made with love. Don't worry this isn't a must, we don't expect it ;)

We love long letters telling us all about your lives, interests, hobbies, families, jobs etc, in fact its quite deflating when we open the mail and all thats inside is a post it note! If your taking the time to send a letter all the way over here pleaseeee take the time to just introduce yourself & tell us a little about you? You never know, we could end up being your lifetime pen pals!!

People with bad souls, liars, greed, rudeness & jealousy. Baked beans, fish, Chillis, horror movies & people who have no positivity in their lives and cant see what they 'do have' right before them, too busy focussing on negativity!

Shells and pebbles from our beach walks, feathers that we find on our travels (the white ones we like to think are from angels / heaven) pennies from heaven and fridge magnets.

We have been totally overwhelmed by how gorgeous all our swapbot deliveries have been that we have kept everything even the envelopes and have now started a big book that we are keeping everything in page by page as it arrives and we was wondering if at all possible when sending to us could you add something to do with where your from? Like a leaflet for your fav place to visit, info on hometown history, flyer for an attraction, map, unwanted coupons, even anything like a bus ticket, entry ticket, parking ticket etc anything that we can put in our scrap book alongside your letters or postcards that will help us learn more about where you are from :) we are totally fascinated by the places people are writing from that we'd never even heard or thought of. Don't go out of your way though, only if you have it laying around already or it's on your travels, it would be so gratefully appreciated, we love our book of amazing swap botters!! You all rock in your own special ways. x

Just wanted to sneak in a little pre-apology for the boringness of our stamps, please don't down rate us for them please as its out of our control, unfortunately our local post office doesn't understand my request for pretty stamps when we send our mail out. I think she's just being awkward I can't tell, she resembles a bulldog chewing a wasp somedays and quite honestly scares me haha. There has been the odd occasion she has given us some good ones but mostly it's just good old queenie and an airmail sticker so apologies in advance because I'm LOVING the stamps we receive on our letters from America they rock and in comparison ours are lame! If anyone from UK has advice on ways around this please PM me :)

If you do not hear from us past the deadline on a swap please do get in contact first before rating us and we will send out a replacement if necessary. We always send our swaps out straight away, we are eager little beavers haha.

We are open to private swap requests if anyone likes the sound of us and wants to stay in touch.
