My name is Jennifer, i am a french woman living in Japan since 2011.

I have an extremely vast pool of interests, ranging from peaceful (walks to collect flowers for drying, cooking, snuggling in a comforter to read a big book, rilakkuma...) to hardcore (going to metal lives, getting tattoos, doing body suspensions).

Games: actually i don't really play game anymore (no time), but Suikoden I & II and Final Fantasy 6 will always be some of the most special things in my heart. To the extent of getting the Soul Eater rune tattooed behind my neck, and the Statue of Gods on my left flank.

Music: metal, and if i have to be specific mostly black and death, my favorite bands being Marduk and Behemoth. I also love 60's/70's rock, as i grew up listening to my dad's favorite tapes during long car trips. Lastly, i am very fond of classical and opera, especially Mozart, Bizet and Tchaikovsky.

Books: i love books, i read almost everything but french literature of the 19th century is my favorite, especially Zola and Balzac. I have a huge collection of vampiric novels/short stories/anthologies - but no, i don't care about that Twilight stuff. For some reason, I never could get interested in science fiction, though.

Television/Movies: I don't know much about recent shows, i love mostly stuff "from before" that i keep on my pc: buffy, the outer limits, Chuck, ER... As i love food/cooking/baking, i am very fond of Top Chef, and every year i watch my country's version on youtube. In japan i barely watch television, most shows are stupid, and the actors in drama overact way too much. As far as movies are concerned, i watch mostly horror, and serious/dramatic stuff ("the life of the others" is for me one of the most beautiful movies ever). Even though those two genres have nothing in common.

I sometimes have tacky tastes (all things shiny and glittery, leopard print), but loves soft pastel colors and flower designs... Go figure (^_^;) I mentionned vampires above, I am also very fond of the dark gothic imagery, cemetaries and the like.

I dont like hot/spicy stuff, but apart from that as far as sweets/snacks are concerned, i dont have any other dislikes, allergies or dietaries restrictions!
