I’m a 30 something professional that works in the environmental industry. My husband and I (married for 2 years, together for 7) live in coastal North Carolina and love to spend our free time outdoors whether its at the beach or mountain biking or just hanging out with our dog in the backyard. We do not have any children… yet. Hope to get started on that soon. I wouldn’t classify myself as a “health nut,” but I do try to cook as healthy as I can.

I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to music…. Typically I’ll listen to whatever is on the radio, unless it’s classic rock (Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd, etc.) or classical. Have to be in the mood for either of those, which doesn’t happen very often. Love Jimmy Buffet. My all time favorite band is The Monkees. I adore hair band love songs…

Honestly, I don’t find much time to read anymore, although I’d love to. The last book I read was The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown on vacation last year. I’ve read the Harry Potter series several times, as well as the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. I love vintage and modern cookbooks.
