I usually don't start worrying about international mail until it's been at least a month. Sometimes it can take at least that long. I'm not going to rate you down or anything, don't worry. If you don't mind waiting another week or two to see it arrives neither do I. After that, if it still isn't here, you can resend if you'd like. I appreciate your concern about your swap!
