I have no idea what is going on with the kitty, but it makes me laugh every single time I see it. The owner of the video says he was holding another cat. My husband said it really sounds like he's trying to vocalize (speak.) I don't know, but make sure your sound is on! I've never heard a kitty make these kinds of sounds!
