About Me

I'm a native Oregonian with a degree in fine arts, working an office job to pay the bills, and addicted to artsy-crafty stuff. My studio is overflowing but there's always room for more paper, beads, fabric, yarn, antiques, odd and ends, and art supplies galore.

On top of art supplies I collect dragonflies, antique tins and kitchen-related stuff (oddball appliances like the Dazey Rocket ice crusher, for example), glass apothecary jars, old paper ephemera, funky bellydance jewelry and vintage buttons. My favorite colors are green and purple, and I love frogs. I'm a Pisces in every sense of the word, and I'm very happy to claim Dragon for my Chinese Zodiac symbol.

Response: Those are actually rugs - I love the rich colors. Beau Monde is a spice mix, can't remember exactly what's in it but I think celery salt, garlic, onion... you should be able to find it in the spice section. = )
