Looking forward to not only swaps but friendships with my swap partners. Receiving something special in the mail is something I not only love to give but receive too. People tend to communicate less these days so our mailboxes tend to be empty. Need to feel the love and send it out there also. I am a 54yr old mum with 3 children of my own and 2 stepchildren who came into my life 10 yrs ago. My husband and I are blessed with 7 grandbabies. We enjoy having them over for sleepovers especially when there is more than one. Up until recently I was my elderly mothers carer. So life is busy. I love red roses with Dutch Iris a close second. I tend my garden when time allows. My love of hearts may have something to do with my novel choice too. When my mind allows I am a romance tragic. Feel good stories are always best enjoyed with a cup of coffee. I'm def not a tea drinker!!!!!!!!!! My love of things that sparkle attract me to craft bling also. I love buttons,lace,ephemera,ribbon or anything creative really. I love red, black & white colour combinations. I rarely work in cool colours but will do if swap required it. I enjoy steampunk but still learning how to plan my works around that theme. I also love vintage,shabby chic and anything Christmas. Buttons and charms are goodies I like to receive. What ever you can manage I will be thankful for . Let me know your preferences too. If I have an American swap partner, I've a tendency to enjoy the odd butterfinger. I enjoy listening to most music but don't tolerate heavy metal or music that's too pingy. Attending Musical Theatre is also a must. I have seen many of these musicals. Sometimes more than once. I can't resist the temptation to play the piano when the opportunity arises. It takes me back to my childhood. Did I mention I don't drink tea????

I'd love to receive different note cards as I'm in short supply. Postcards from other countries. Steampunk ideas. Tried and true recipes. Butterfingers!!!! Halloween corn candy. Handmade items especially Christmas. Patterns for Christmas items. I love cardinals although I've never seen them. A cardinal ornament would be the ultimate surprise!!! Instructions for flip books and other crafts.

Sometimes our mailing system REALLY is snail mail. Please allow between 4 - 6 weeks for some places. If I’m late in mailing out I’ll let you know for sure. Thanks for understanding.
