NATURE

I love nature. I grow up in the countryside surrounded by forests although I've now been living in different cities for over ten years. But finnish cities are small and there's always an easy access to forests or forestry parks from everywhere. I love making long walks near home and we also often go hiking to national parks or recreational forests with my spouse. The visits to my parents' are still the best as I get to go walking to my best-known forests.

MOVIES

I enjoy watching movies! My favourites are beautiful, touching dramas that have something thoughtful to say about humanity or society such as Das Leben Der Anderen,The Pianist, Hafid (by Baltasar), An (by Naomi Kawase) or My life without me. I don't watch TV almost at all, except that I simply love Grey's Anatomy.

LETTER WRITING & SWAPPING

I love swap-bot as it connects me to the world wide net of penpalling. I love getting letters and sending them or little happy mail packages to friends and family. I love writing: letters, journal, even the paper work at work in the government office. Currently I have penpals from Sweden and Finland.

KNITTING

My favourite craft is knitting and I mostly make simple basic projects like socks as gifts to my loved ones. I have passion for colour and love making colourful projects.
