I work (part time) & play at Sylvia's Quilt Depot in Wasilla, Alaska. Most my friends are there!!!! I arrange 2 retreats a year at a local B & B with my friends!!!!! We sew for 6 days-so much fun!!!!

I love to sew every chance I get! Some of my favorite designers are Jennifer Sampou, Jaybird, Sweetwater, Basic Grey, Bonnie & Camile, Tula Pink, & so much more! I love Cotton & Steel and fun fabrics. I love traditional and I love Modern.

My favorite color is Aqua. I love the ocean, I grew up in Oregon, have lived in many places but for the last 20 plus years, Alaska is home.

Mostly, I love to sew and make things! I also do embroidery. I like making small quilts, table toppers, aprons and mug rugs. When it comes to quilts, I make King size to baby, depending on who it's for. I have 15 grandkids & I still have a few more to make for them!

I love being a part of the 1930's Farmers Wife Sew A Long. I meet with 3 of my friends every other Friday for a good time & good food! Sewing with 30's fabric is new for me.

I like fun and modern for the most part, so civil war and reproduction is not my favorite. I don't typically buy big flower fabric.

I don't talk politics or current events.

I don't like rude, nasty or negative talk.

I like following blogs, Pinterest, Facebook & Instagram. I get too many ideas!!!!
