Details for this swap:

Each participant will have three (3) swap partners. To each of these partners you will send one (1) written & stamped, 'naked', not in envelope ad or free postcard. I encourage you to be creative with the message you write on the reverse (to your partners taste of course!).

-This swap is open to international participants.

-Swapping ad/free cards is a great way to swap for just the price of postage and not the postcards themselves.

-Also a great way of learning more about culture and advertising of different places in your country and around the globe.

Please no store bought postcards or handmade in this swap - only advertisement or free art postcards as found in free post card stands at cinemas, book shops, libraries, galleries etc.

Some of the most wacky and original postcards arrive in my mailbox from these swaps - so I am excited. Jump on board!

Hi, I love swapping ad cards and would like to join this swap but sometimes I don't have a chance to get on-line during the week. That means a four-day turnaround from Tuesday - Friday can be tough. Would you consider extending the mailing date through the weekend?

I have changed the last mail date from 16th to 19th September. Cheers!

This is my VERY FIRST swap here at Swap-Bot. Is there anything I need to know about sending my cards? What do I need to write on the card to let the recipient know which swap its for? Anything else I should know?

HI Sarah....welcome!!! Just write the title of the swap on the card as well as your Swap-bot name. I always add the date, too. After you read your partner's profile, you'll have something to write about. Or you can write why you chose that card for that partner. It's always nice to write something besides the barest details. Brings a smile to your partner's face and isn't that the point after all :>)

Thanks for replying to the query zanylady. I will include more descriptive directions for newbies in my future swap. :-)
