So, I was looking for a different coin purse to make for a TAG when I came across this little beauty. Surely everyone will want one of these... especially your partner.

For this swap you will make one snappy coin purse for one lucky partner. You do not have to make the strips of fabric as in the tutorial... a really nice fabric is good on its own. Please do look at your partner's profile and make something that she will love.

As usual, flakers are no fun and should not join this swap.

*The best thing about this purse is that you get to whack it with a hammer. I love mixing hammers and sewing... especially now that I no longer want to use the hammer on my sewing machine.

Oh-I love using snaps! My snapsetter broke;but I have two that use mallets/hammers. I'm keeping an eye on this one!

Be careful with that hammer. I was using too thin a fabric and hit too hard and ended up with a hole in my purse. At least I can laugh at the absurdity of it all!
