I'll take either option...I love 1930's fabrics anyway I can get them!

I would prefer the fat 8ths, thank you very much! Perkl8r, thank you for keeping this group afloat!

How can I recognise a 1930s reproduction print? I wouldn't want to disappoint anyone.

@rosiefsw ~ I was wondering the same thing. I am going to Google it and see if that helps.

I would love 2 fat eights ;^)

1930's prints usually are very small repeat prints and are very interesting...eventually I'll get the tools to show pictures on my swaps, but for now googling things is about our best bet!

Would love to join this group, have been reading the comments. Alot of my fabric has come from estate sales and alot have the small print. But one of the pieces that I know for sure that is from the 1930's is an asian print of brown with pink cherry blossoms, just one branch of flowers measures 9"X9". If that is not going to work for the partners, say so now and I will not join this swap but wait for another. I do have feed sacks from the 1930's,1940's, and 1950's. My Grandmother bought her chicken feed, flour, sugar, rice and cornmeal in the fabic sacks for many, many years, if that would work.
