Description:

I collect cute earrings and especially love earrings in the shape of food. Either regular food or food with faces! Anything! for some reason I just LOVE earrings that look like food!

For this swap you will buy or make a pair of earrings for your partner, in the theme of FAIR FOOD Etsy has ALOT to offer. Please only make the earrings if you are good at working with polymer clay. It would not be right to get something that is your first attempt at a craft!

Earrings can run from about $5-$10 on Etsy so that will be our range, not counting shipping of course.

I am making this swap international. Hopefully shipping will not be that much of a difference if you have to ship to someone overseas. Earrings are tiny. They should not cost THAT much to ship.

Please post in the comments section if you prefer studs or dangles more. The theme of this will be FAIR FOOD Also post if you already have a certain pair, so you don't accidentally get the same pair.

Please have a rating of 4.9 or above since this COULD be a pricey swap. Also you must have at least 10 Type 3 swaps completed.

Swap is international.

You will send 1 set of earrings to 1 partner, in the theme of FAIR FOOD

You must log in within 3 days of swap end or you will be removed from the swap. This is because I want to make sure you have not disappeared from SwapBot!

Fair food means carnival type of foods. Pretzels, sno-cones, hot dogs, pizza, cotton candy, etc.

I like studs.

I already have snow cones.

I'm confused about one thing: If we make them ourselves, they have to be made from polymer clay?

ElizabethObviously 05/10/2011 #

Well that is the most common way I have seen them made. But if there are other ways, by all means!

You can make some really cute earrings out of that shrink plastic stuff too! I've made several!

Could you send me some links @weeatcrayons with pics of ones people have made? I just don't want someone to get something that isn't equal in quality.
