Bookmark Swap!

What do you mean by mailed flat? I am new and have not done a bookmark swap however I do a lot of reading so this would be a fantastic swap for me. Do the bookmarks have to be flat or can they have beading?

When I stated that bookmarks must be mailed flat they can not be sent folded up in an envelope. They must be placed flat inside of an envelope before mailing.

Hi dalbright, are newbies allowed to join or is this only for swappers with a good rating? Also what is the minimum rating you have allowed for this (or will you filter through yourself). Just wanting to be sure I dont get flaked on... Thanks so much.

i want to join this swap-I collect book marks, I'm just afraid i will send nice ones and get crappy homemade bookmarks. what should I do?

though my bookmarks will be homemade, they are done using prints of art i've done (see http://darkmistresskari.deviantart.com for samples of my stuff) but i have turned them into neat and clean bookmarks, they will not be professionally laminated but 'mock laminate' will be placced to protect the cards from wear.

i print mine on card stock and they are double sided with my art page and my swap profile page links posted on the back at the very bottom

@ChantalB what is 'mock laminate'?

I have a book with bookmarks that you tear out. But then they have a jagged edge. Would they be alright to send?

I can't wait to send some bookmarks! =D I already shopped for some and am ready to make some for my partner...=D

@manders instead of paying mass amounts to have it proffessionally laminated i use very wide tape ^ ^' but making sure it's applied smoothly with no seams
