Description:
You will send a ATC kit to your partner that will consist of a blank ATC card,paper,ephrema buttons,ribbon,whatever and then mail it to your partner to complete. The completed ATC will be mailed back to your partner. You may use some of your own dodads to make the ATC also. You don't have to use everything in the kit on the ATC.
