Decorate your matchbox using at least 3 different Tim Holtz products and fill with Tim Holtz inspired treasures until stuffed full.

32ct Matchboxes are approximately 1.5 x 2 x 0.5 inches.

This is senders choice, so you can start creating now.

@paperfairys ... Blimey, you were quick off the mark! Usually @AsAlwaysAngela is first through the sign up doors!

@AsAlwaysAgngela ... I'm so pleased you're giving matchboxes a try. I make them using my score board, but you can recover pre made ones too.

@doublesided ... I knew I would get you! I am setting up an inchies swap next, better get our your purse! LOL ;-)

Hee Hee Hee! I am starting to feel like the 'Child Catcher' off 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang'! Toys! Sweets! Come in, come in! ;-)

I have a question about mailing these (imagine ME with a mailing question! lol) After watching the tutorial...it would seem that even with the heaviest card stock I own that these would get crushed en route? How are you all packaging them?

iGirlZoe 04/28/2011 #

@TurtleLove ... I send mine in a padded envie. Although you could wrap a piece of cardboard or bubblewrap around for extra security. :-)

NaughtyElf 04/29/2011 #

I wrap mine in bubble wrap, put in a padded envie and stick tissue paper at both ends inside the envie but then again I am a freak about making sure anything I send gets there safely so I tend to over do it a bit, but better safe than sorry I guess...hope that helps...also, I find small boxes like my daughters Gerber Graduates fruit strip boxes I keep those they are perfect for match boxes and then I pad the ends and wrap in brown craft paper to send.

Can we use real match boxes? I am watching this for now and considering...if i can make if before the sign up them I will join in.

iGirlZoe 05/ 5/2011 #

@NaughtyElf ... Yes you can use real matchboxes or the pre made ones from craft stores or make your own. I hope you're able to join. :-)
