Description:
For this swap, it's exactly what the name says: you'll put together a profile-themed whimsey jar for your partner. Because this swap could present a wide range of possible goodies to put into your jars, there is no set size for the jar to be, because some things could be large while the others could be quite small. But let's be sensible and not use a tiny baby food jar or anything outrageously large. If you want to use a glass jar, go for it, but make sure you use lots of padding so it doesn't break. Otherwise, go with a plastic jar. Please decorate your jars as well, so your partner doesn't receive a boring old jar that you wouldn't want yourself. Send something that you would like to receive! As for the spending limit, I would think seven to ten dollars would be good. All of the usual group rules apply here. If you have any questions, feel free to comment below or pm me!

Um, I'd say around five dollars. Maybe a little more, but five is the minimum. If you can find a way to fit everything in a bottle, then go for it! :)

Michale's sells really simple plastic jars from 1-4$ I actually just did a whimsy jar out of a cute plastic container from Michale's that held the paper flowers I had bought. I was pleased because they were on sale so I got a cute container and the flowers for 2$

Oh, thank you for that suggestion! I've been looking for a jar for another whimsy jar swap too, so this is really useful to me. Do you know whereabouts they would be in the store?

Actually, as far as the spending limit goes, I would say around seven to ten dollars minimum. I went shopping for things for another swap's jar today and found myself spending over ten dollars, so I would assume that's the normal amount for these kinds of things.
