Magic in Your Yard ATC - #2 Red Clover

It's hard to cook and create without the ingredients necessary. So we are going to do a series of Botanical ATC's that highlights the 'weeds' around you. A weed is a plant whose usefulness has yet to be discovered.

Hopefully through these swaps you will gain an appreciation for the magic and medicine in the plants that the first alchemists used. Since we all live in different parts of the world I thought for this second ATC we would do a plant that also is fairly common to most of the world. Red Clover, which has been called one of "God's greatest blessings to man" and is said to be a wonderful blood purifier and well as many other benefits and uses. Please note that none of this information is to be used as a substitute for the advice and care of your physician.

For this ATC you will draw or find a botanical print of the sweet red clover, then color, embellish and otherwise decorate it as you choose, except for a sticker being the whole ATC it will pretty much be anything goes.

Then you need to provide on the back of the ATC two facts about clover such as red clover is useful for clearing up skin conditions like acne. Here is a link for information on red clover.
