What's for Easter Dinner?

I'm always curious as to what other people have for their holiday dinners.

For this swap, you will:

1. Write the menu down for your Easter Dinner.

2. Write down all the recipes you plan to serve in your Easter dinner. These need to be written on recipe cards. They can be hand written or typed as long as they are on recipe cards. Index cards will do if you don't have fancy recipe cards.

For an example, I will probably have ham, mashed potatoes, ham gravy, green been casserole, etc. I usually have 7 or 8 items at my dinner, so there should be about that many recipes in your swap. Even if you don't have an actual Easter dinner, you can send your "dream" dinner.

I'm keeping this in the US/Canada due to postage.
