Zentangle Scavenger Hunt

For this swap you will go on a treasure hunt for tangle patterns! Keep your eyes open for potential tangle patterns in the things around you: maybe a swimsuit print, a rug, a flower bud, a wall ornament. Take a photo, clipping, or good description and illustration of your inspirational tangle pattern, and create a 3.5 zentangle square that incorporates your found tangle (you can use other tangles too).

If you create a new tangle pattern, you can give it a name if you want to. If you start to draw the tangle and realize it is already a named pattern that's okay too. Identify the pattern's official name. Part of the fun of this challenge is to see the things around you in a zentangled light.

You can modify or simplify the pattern to make it replicable or more appealing. Send a photo of your inspirational found zentangle pattern, and a 3.5 zentangle that uses that pattern to your partner.
