I want to join this one. I would like to see if the chips, and snacks are much different than here. Canned drinks would not ship well I don't think.

Oh Oh totally love this one!!! I don't have any allergies but I don't like anything licorice, peanuts, or marshmellow! If you are from the UK and sending me my stuff I LOVE prawn cocktail and roasted Chicken Walkers Flake bars and buttons :-) Hint Hint!! I am excited :-)

wow, I am really excited about this swap. I love trying new things! I love both sweet and salty things but not a huge fan of licorice but am still willing to give it a try if it is a local favorite. I also love nuts and have no allergies.

This will be the first time I swap on this website. I have swapped plenty of times before with my pen pals and from other websites. This swap idea of swapping snacks sounds like A LOT of fun! I am REALLY excited to participate! =)

If you are sending me stuff... I am not aware of having any allergies to food, but I prefer not to recieve anything with sea food, since I might be allergic to it.

I love chocolate candies ( except I dont like dark chocolate), I love sweet and fruit candies like (Starburts, Sour patch kids, skittles), I love Mexican candy. I am not too picky of a person really. I love all sorts of candies. =)

I love all kinds of chips, cookies and crackers. =)

It would be nice to try out some new things from what I normall try out in California, but I will be happy with anything. I love surprises and anything yummy! =)

How fun and intersting! Just a quick question in case my partner is overseas as ive never sent food that way what would be the best way to package the snacks so they get there in a somewhat decent shape?

AngelikFiona 03/25/2011 #

@Oogolly I have shipped food overseas before. I would suggest wrapping everything individually in bubble wrap and tapping it up good. Then, put those individually wrapped goodies into a box with more bubble wrap or packing peanuts. It should make it ok. I would suggest not shipping the slowest way and you don't have to use the most expensive either. But, try to use a method in between that gets it there in less then 2 weeks, but perferably a week. Pay attention to the expiration dates on the things you buy for your partner, especially if they are overseas.

Just a tip for people who may be swapping within their own country...try and find snacks that may be regional to your part of the country. I have been trying to think of snack foods that are produced in my area.
