Description:
You will have one (1) partner and you will send one (1) handmade greeting card to that partner. Any theme is fine and you can paper piece/collage, stamp, hand draw a design or using any artist techniques you feel comfortable with in creating your greeting card. No Sticker Slapping! Let's make NICE cards that you would like to receive and put some thought into it. I recommend that you take the time to read your partner's profile and make a card with an image or design based on their preferences. You may write a note in your card to your assigned partner. In other words, don't send a blank card but you may send extras, read your swap partner's profile to see what they like. This is USA only, but open to all NEWBIES to help you with your ratings. *Newbies-you do need to have a VERY COMPLETED profile with your preferences to participate in this swap, so please take the time to do this before the swap deadline or I'll have to remove you before the partners are assigned. If you are not sure how to complete your profile, please post here in the discussion and one of the other swappers will help you or visit the forum to ask questions. Experienced swappers are always supportive and helpful. Just a reminder-I will report you to ADMIN. if you don't complete your swap and I will ANGEL anyone who gets a flaker. Rated swappers with recent ones and threes will be automatically removed. Get busy and make a special greeting card for someone! Post below if you have questions. I'll check often and reply.

How do I complete my profile? I tried to edit it, but it only had places for my email address, my mailing address and my birthdate. Was this the right profile?

Please advise. Thanks a bunch!

Kindercricut- Go to top where it says Profile, move mouse over and edit profile will show up, click it. Then right underneath where it says profile is a horizontal list including Basic, Personal, ect. click on each one to fill out your profile. Hope this helps!

what do you mean by 'you will ANGEL anyone who gets a flaker?' I have never heard this and I know this might sound dumb to some. But you see, I am a Soldiers' Angels and we support our Troops, etc. So when I read this, I was not sure what you meant? I have enjoyed the cards that I have made and hope to make more in the future.

OnyxsMom - To "Angel" a swap means that when someone doesn't receive their swap because someone else has "flaked" on their end, an Angel will substitute and send that person what they were supposed to receive.

Gotta one day only get out so i can get in another swap and have one going out tomorrow so I can get back into this one. Sorry about bouncing but really trying to get at many as I can so I can get my ratings and get into more swaps I am missing out on due to no ratings.

Swappers- Please be on the lookout for known flakers in this group. I was notified of one today that flaked on 15 + swaps under an old account and then started a new account?? I've banned this person, but there is potential for things like this to happen in an unrated swap. Please help me out by notifying me if you know of a know flaker.

I do make every attempt to read every unrated person's profile to make sure it is complete, read ratings, and comments on their profile!

Doing my best to help honest Newbies out with their ratings while keeping it safe for all other swappers!

Hey Swappers- We have quite a few who have not sent yet, as of today-or maybe some forgot to come to the swap and mark their status as sent. Just a reminder you only have three days left!
